- Olives & Almonds: warm marinated olives, paprika-toasted marcona almonds, lemon zest

- House-Made Pretzel: braided loaves, house mustard, green chile queso
- Pimento Jar: nc hoop cheddar, pickled jalapeño, pretzel crisps

- Basic Cheese Flatbread: garlic oil, asiago
- Greek Flatbread: olive blend, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, red onion, herb feta
- Champignon Flatbread: wild mushroom trio, goat & Boursin cheese, roasted tomatoes, whipped asiago cream, finished with herb aioli and fresh arugula
