First Course: Choose One 

  • Papas Bravas: crispy red skin potatoes, bravas aioli, fresh herbs
  • Olives & Almonds: warm marinated olives, paprika-toasted marcona almonds, lemon zest

Second Course: Choose One 

  • House-Made Pretzel: braided loaves, house mustard, green chile queso
  • Pimento Jar: nc hoop cheddar, pickled jalapeño, pretzel crisps

Third Course: Choose One 

  • Basic Cheese Flatbread: garlic oil, asiago
  • Greek Flatbread: olive blend, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, red onion, herb feta
  • Champignon Flatbread: wild mushroom trio, goat & Boursin cheese, roasted tomatoes, whipped asiago cream, finished with herb aioli and fresh arugula
